绿色能源
1. Advisory role in two 50MW solar renewable energy projects in Vietnam for divestment and acquisition activities.
2. Development of a 1GW portfolio of rooftop solar distributed renewable energy projects in North Asia.
3. Advisory and development of a biomass Waste to Energy project in Singapore. The project handles up to 150MTD of biowaste and adopts gasification process to harvest syngas to generate electricity. This is part of the sustainability project to boost food security and domestic production capabilities.
4. Advisory role on the District Cooling project in a major Aviation Hub to provide energy efficient cooling services to the commercial area of the Aviation Hub.
5. Advised a statutory board on its collaboration with a government-owned electricity and gas distribution company to design and implement energy efficient solutions and other smart initiatives across a new township to develop it as the first “Smart Energy Town”.
6. Advised a private sector joint venture in a Mechanical and Biological Treatment plant to process up to 500 MTD waste into clean fuel and recycled by-products. This project supports and promotes the Circular Economy.
7. Advisory role for an oil major company in its transition to clean energy. Role included assistance in the bidding for one of the largest renewable energy portfolio and strategic partnering and acquisition for clean tech companies.

2. Mentorship for a Sustainability themed vertical farming company to promote food security and domestic supply in Singapore. The framework also promotes Community Building and Resilience.
3. Active member of the Asia Sustainability Forum and to promote greater awareness of the impact of climate change and SDG innovation and solutions. Supporting the National Library Board in some of the pilot programs to reach out to the communities.

1. Lead financial adviser for the Hongkong Zhuhai Macau bridge. Role included feasibility study, development of financing structure, tender process, and post project completion monitoring.
2. Financial adviser to an Indian conglomerate in the portfolio review and divestment of 3 toll roads in India.
3. Financial advisor to a consortium to develop socio-economic business case, structure and raise financing for a USD3bn investment in the rail sector in Malaysia.
4. Acted for a public-private joint venture for the grant of a long-term concession for an integrated logistics park and port on a design, build, finance, operate and transfer basis.
5. Advised a government agency in the development and drafting of the concession agreement for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of new facilities at an airport, including a new terminal, cargo complex, commercial building and free trade zone.

1. Advisory role for an owner on its redevelopment and expansion project of its existing integrated resort infrastructure and facilities.
2. Advisory role for a developer in an integrated tourism project in a major tourist destination, including advising on the procurement and contracting structure for the development of utilities and hotel workers accommodation (including development of wastewater treatment, ICT Services, power plant and solar energy generating facilities).

2. Advisory role in financing of a greenfield Data Center in Singapore.
Integrated Hubs
1. Advised the master developer in respect of the development of utility facilities on a design, build, own, operate, finance and transfer basis to supply utilities (e.g. waste treatment, electricity, recycled and potable water and district cooling) to serve the master development. Role included drafting the request for proposal documents, concession agreements, direct agreements and other relevant project documents.

Water
1. Lead financial adviser to a government agency in the tender for a Wastewater Plant design-build-own-operate project. Role included transaction structure design, RFP documentation, financial feasibility and affordability study, market sounding, tender process management and evaluation support.
2. Lead financial adviser to a government agency for a 30MGD Seawater Desalination Plant in Singapore. Role included transaction structure design, RFP documentation, financial feasibility and affordability study, market sounding, tender process management and evaluation support.
3. Lead financial adviser to the Indonesian government for a pilot PPP project to procure a 50MLD water treatment and distribution supply system. Roles included project feasibility, business model design, Viability Gap Funding structuring, market sounding, development of tender documents and evaluation framework. This is a milestone project for Indonesia with major stakeholders in the Ministry of Finance, World Bank, Ministry of Public Works, PT SMI, IIGF and the local government agencies.
